A day that actually decides something
Levantic Workshops & Executive Sessions
Sessions for owners, management teams and staff — on AI, on direction, on working smarter. At your office, or here at a location on the Costa Blanca.
Most companies have been talking about AI for a year and changed nothing. Not out of stubbornness, but because there is never a moment when everyone who can decide is in the same room. That moment is what we organise. Half a day or a full day, with the people who are allowed to decide, and by the end there is something on paper you can act on the next morning. We are not a speaker agency. We don’t come in to tell you how exciting the future is. We work with your processes, your numbers and your people — and whatever we recommend, we can build.

Our workshops and executive sessions
AI Compass
Who it’s for
Owners and directors who know they need to do something about AI but have no appetite for another talk about the future. You want to know what it means for
your business, and what standing still costs you.
The problem
Everyone tells you AI changes everything. Your staff are already using something, though nobody knows exactly what. There’s a quote on your desk from a supplier and no one internally can judge whether it’s worth the money. Meanwhile nobody can tell you where in your business AI would actually earn its keep.
What the session gives you
Calm and direction. By the end of the morning you know which three to five places in your business are worth the effort, in what order, and which ideas you can safely leave alone.
What we do
- Strip your business back to a handful of processes and find where time and money leak out
- Put next to every leak what AI can genuinely do today, and what is sales talk
- You set the order — we push back on it
- We do the rough maths on what the top two would return
What you get
The AI Paper
: ten to fifteen pages covering where you stand, the opportunities ranked by return, what you should not do and why, and a plan for the first ninety days. Two weeks later we go through it with you online for an hour.
Format
Half a day, four hours, up to eight people. At your office or here on the Costa Blanca.
AI Roadmap
Who it’s for
Management teams past the question of whether they’ll do something with AI, now needing to settle what, who and when.
The problem
Everyone around the table has a different idea. Marketing wants content, finance wants the admin gone, operations mainly wants no disruption. No decision gets made because nobody can compare the ideas on anything better than gut feel.
What the session gives you
One list the whole team stands behind, with an owner and a date against every item. Not twenty ideas — three to five, in an order you can defend.
What we do.
- Morning: every opportunity on the table, from every corner of the business, weighed against return, effort and risk
- Afternoon: we take number one and work it down to process level — who does what now, where the handovers are, which part gets automated, which systems need to talk
- We put in writing what is explicitly not happening this quarter
- We set out what it needs: people, data, budget, time
What you get
A ninety-day roadmap with owners, costs and checkpoints. Plus a fixed-price proposal for the first use case, so you don’t have to start a quoting round if you want to move.
Format
Full day, up to ten people. At your office or on the Costa Blanca.
Direction Session
Who it’s for
Boards and management teams sitting on a decision. About where the company is heading, about what should go, about where growth is supposed to come from. This one isn’t about AI — AI only shows up if it happens to be the tool.
The problem
Business is fine, so nobody intervenes. Except margins are slipping, your best clients all look alike while the rest cost more than they bring in, and nobody has opened last year’s plan since January. Every meeting is about this week and never about next year.
What the session gives you
Three to five choices the team stands behind, including what you stop. Decisions that stick, because they made them rather than heard them.
What we do
- Put the numbers that matter on the table: where the profit actually comes from, which clients and services cost you money
- Say out loud what everyone is thinking and nobody says
- Choose: what we back, what we let go, what we test for one quarter
- Cut it small enough to start on Monday
What you get
A short direction document: the choices, the reasoning, who picks up what, and how you’ll know in three months whether it’s working.
Format
Half or full day, up to ten people. Works best away from your own office.
AI in Practice — staff session
Who it’s for
Teams working with email, quotes, copy, planning or customer questions all day. No technical background needed.
The problem
Two people on the floor quietly use AI and are good at it, the rest either don’t dare or think it’s nonsense. Nobody ever explained what is and isn’t allowed. So the gain stays with those two, and no one knows what company information is disappearing into a chat window in the meantime.
What the session gives you
A team that genuinely uses it afterwards, on their own work. We don’t train on textbook examples — we train on the tasks that were sitting in their inbox that morning.
What we do
- Ask up front which tasks eat the most time in this team
- Work through those tasks step by step during the session, with the tools you allow
- Build a set of ready-made prompts and working agreements for your situation
- Show where AI gets it wrong, so nobody blindly trusts what comes out
What you get
A workbook with the prompts and methods for this team, plus a short list of things we spotted during the session that would be better off automated.
Format
Half a day per team, up to twelve people. Several teams back to back in one day is possible.
Working Smarter
Who it’s for
A team and its lead losing too much time to work nobody enjoys: retyping, forwarding, chasing, entering the same thing twice.
The problem
The process grew that way once and nobody has looked at it since. Everyone complains about it and nobody is allowed to change it. The software that was meant to fix it is used at half capacity.
What the session gives you
The real process on one wall, with the bottlenecks marked and three steps identified that can go. The first fix alone usually returns hours a week.
What we do
- Draw the process as it actually runs, not as the manual says
- Find the waiting time, the double entry and the handovers where things get stuck
- Decide what can go, what can be simpler, and what a system can take over
- Work out the time saved by the first three fixes
What you get
The process map, a list of fixes ranked by time saved, and a proposal for the integrations or automations we can build for you.
Format
Half or full day, at your premises — you want to be near the people doing the work.
AI Ground Rules
Who it’s for
Companies where AI is already in use and nobody has written down what’s allowed. Management and staff in one room.
The problem
Client information is sitting in free chat tools. Copy goes out that nobody checked. And since the EU AI Act, “we’ll see” is no longer a position you can hold — certainly not when your own customers start asking about it in their supplier questionnaires.
What the session gives you
One page everyone understands. What’s allowed, what isn’t, which data never leaves the building, who checks. Without killing the use of it — that’s what happens when the policy is written by lawyers alone.
What we do
- Map what is actually being used today, without putting anyone on the spot
- Explain in plain language what the European rules practically ask of you
- Draft the ground rules together: approved tools, data that never goes out, when a human checks
- Agree how new tools get assessed before anyone starts using them
What you get
Your internal AI guideline, one to two pages, ready to circulate — plus a short note on the points that belong with a lawyer or your gestor.
A note on scope
We handle the practical and technical side. For legal review we work alongside your adviser; we don’t pretend to be lawyers.
Format
Half a day, management and staff together.
Two-Day Leadership Offsite, Costa Blanca
Who it’s for
Boards and management teams from the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and elsewhere in Europe who want to get properly away — and come back with a decision rather than a good feeling.
The problem
Your strategy day at home finishes at five and by half past everyone is back in their inbox. There is never enough time to think it through, and the second day that would fix it never gets booked. Book a venue abroad and you get a beautiful villa and an organiser who arranges everything except the content.
What the session gives you
Two days of the conversation you can’t have at home, with someone keeping it sharp and writing it down. You go home with a direction document or AI Paper the whole team stands behind — not a photo album.
What we do
- Before: short interviews with the participants, so we know on day one where the tension sits
- Day 1: where we stand, what no longer works, what decisions are on the table
- Day 2: choose, work it out, divide it up — and capture it while everyone is still in the room
- After: the document within a week, plus a follow-up hour at thirty days
What we arrange
The content and the facilitation. For venue, accommodation and transport we work with regular partners on the Costa Blanca — anything from a villa with a table for ten to a hotel with a meeting room. Arrange it yourself or leave it to us.
Format
Two days on the Costa Blanca. In English or Dutch. We can arrange it for small to large groups. Just let us know your idea and we will provide it.
How it works
A thirty-minute call
We work out together which session fits, or whether you need one at all. Costs you nothing.
Preparation
We speak to a few participants beforehand and gather what we need.
The session
We facilitate, you decide, we capture it.
The document
Within a week you have what was decided, in plain language.
What follows
Want it built? We can do that — website, AI agent, automation, integrations. Want to take it on yourself or with someone else? Also fine. The document is yours.
Ongoing support
One day changes nothing if nobody follows up
A session is a starting point. For companies serious about seeing it through, we stay involved for a year: a kick-off day, half a day each quarter, and a monthly hour with the directors in between. We keep the roadmap honest and build what needs building.
Which session fits you?
Call or message us and take five minutes to explain where it’s stuck. We’ll tell you honestly which session fits — or that you’re better off not booking one. Prices on request, fixed and agreed up front, with no surprises afterwards.
f.a.q.
What you probably want to know
It depends on the format, the number of people and the location. You always get a fixed price up front, with no surprises afterwards. Request a proposal and you’ll have it within two working days.
No. The AI Compass and the staff session assume no prior knowledge. We work with your own tasks, not with jargon.
No. If you already know what you need — a website, an automation, an AI feature — we’ll go straight to building it. The Roadmap is for owners who want strategic clarity first.
The document that comes out of the session: where you stand, which applications pay off in your business, which don’t, and what the first ninety days look like. Written to be shared internally, in plain language.
Yes, for the Direction Session and the AI Compass, if we can schedule several days together. Otherwise preparing online and finishing here usually works better.
Yes. We do the content and the facilitation and work with regular partners for villas, hotels and transport on the Costa Blanca.
We will provide sessions in Spanish in the near future. At this moment we offer sessions in English and Dutch.
No. The document is yours, even if someone else carries it out. We’d like to build it, but you’re not tied to anything.
Leadership sessions work best with four to eight, MT days up to ten, staff sessions up to twelve. Larger groups we split.
