Why we offer plans
Some things you buy once. A website, an automation, an AI agent — those are projects, and we quote them as projects. But none of them stay finished. A website without maintenance quietly rots: plugins go out of date, security holes open, and one morning it’s gone. An automation nobody watches will stall the week an API changes, and you’ll hear about it from the customer who never got their confirmation. An AI assistant trained a year ago will confidently quote your old prices.
That’s what these plans are for. Most businesses need one. Some need two. Nobody needs all of them, and we’ll tell you so if you ask.

Website Care
For a site you already own. Hosting, updates, backups, security — and a real person to email. Your website is the one part of your business that’s open twenty-four hours a day in four languages. It usually gets less attention than the front door.

Property Sites

An estate agency site with a live listings feed — Inmovilla, Resales Online, a Kyero XML feed or an MLS connection — doesn’t belong on the ladder above. A feed never fails loudly: it just stops, and sold properties sit on your site for weeks while buyers enquire about them. Keeping that accurate is closer to running a shop than to maintaining a website. Booking portals and membership sites work the same way, so we look at what you have and quote it properly.
Taking over a site somebody else built? We start with a short technical intake (€95, deducted from your first invoice) so we both know what we’re inheriting. If it’s in poor shape we’ll tell you before you commit — sometimes replacing is cheaper than maintaining, and we’d rather say that now.
Larger or more complex sites are quoted individually.
Website as a Service
A new website without the invoice for a new website. Design, build, hosting and maintenance in one monthly fee. A proper multilingual website is normally a €2,000 to €4,000 decision, paid before it earns you anything. This is the other way to do it: a modest starting contribution, a fixed monthly fee, and a site that’s live in weeks rather than someday.

Property sites
A new estate agency site with a live listings feed is a considerably bigger build than the other plans — the feed integration alone takes several days, and it has to keep working long after launch. We do build these on subscription, with exactly the same ownership and buy-out terms, but the starting contribution and the monthly fee are quoted for your situation.

After the first twelve months it runs month to month — cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Payment by direct debit (domiciliación). You provide the text and photos, or we quote those separately.
The part other subscription websites don’t tell you
Subscription websites have a bad reputation for one reason: people find out too late that they were renting, and that leaving means losing everything. So here it is in writing, before you ask.
- Your domain is registered in your name, from day one. Not ours. It’s yours whatever happens between us.
- You can leave after twelve months. Thirty days’ notice, no exit interview.
- You can take the site with you. After the minimum term you can buy it outright — €950 for Start and Growth, quoted for Shop — and we’ll hand over the files and help you move to another host. That price is in your contract before you sign, not invented on the way out.
- Your content is always yours. Text, photos, customer data. We’ll export it for you on request, in a normal file format.
If you’d rather own the site from the start and pay for it up front, say so — we build websites that way too, and we’ll quote it honestly against this.
AI Agent plans
Your assistant, kept accurate — not left to drift.
An AI agent isn’t software you install and forget. It’s more like a member of staff who needs to know when your prices change, when you add a service, and when customers start asking something you’ve never been asked before. Each agent starts with a one-off build; the monthly plan is what keeps it right afterwards.
Build: from €750 per agent — one-off, fixed price after a short scoping conversation. Includes training on your business, the languages your customers use, and the connection to your website, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.

AI Voice Reception
The calls you can’t take — answered, in your customer’s language, around the clock.
Your assistant on this site handles the people who type. This one handles the people who ring. It picks up when you’re with a client, when you’re on a roof, when you’re closed, and when it’s August and the phone hasn’t stopped — and it does it in whatever language the caller speaks. Two things we’ll say before you ask. The licence for the calling platform is billed to you directly by the provider, at their price — we don’t mark it up, and we’ll tell you exactly what it costs before you decide. And your callers are told at the start that they’re speaking to an assistant: that’s both the law and, in our experience, the reason people stay on the line instead of hanging up.
